Seriously, very true! My mother once told me a secret. The key to not getting pregnant is all in one aspirin. Take it and put it in between your legs and hold it there forever. Because if you drop it than your pregnant. As long as your holding it, your legs are shut. LMAO :)

I think you speak the truth. I myself wasnt ready a couple years ago and I decided to take birth control because I was barely getting settled in in my career, I USED BIRTH CONTROL. I can't stand girls nowadays they say "oh he should've used a condom", "Its his fault, i'm pregnant", I think that is straight BS, you shouldnt rely on a guy, if your not ready to have a baby then close your damn legs or use birth control, and for those who say " well the birth control doesnt always work " thats another BS I was on the depo-provera for 2 years and never once did I get pregnant. As a nurse myself I know all the birth control out there, There's the shot (depo-provera), pill, IUD, female condom, diaphram, spermicide, goodness the list goes on. I just got off of the depo shot and had a beautiful baby girl but thats because me and my husband were ready. So don't make up excuses. You have balls to spread your legs then take the consequences for your actions.

I don't think it's rude at all. But when did people start getting certified to see whether or not they were ready to bring achild into the world. Everyones situation is different. What household income should people be at when they are able to say they are ready for a child. Should people that were brought up in single family homes be able to have a child, should people that have parents that went through divorce be able to have a child? What about people have were molested when they were children, should they be able to have a child. Like I said I don't think what you're saying is rude but also not helpful, like someone mentioned earlier, the only thing you're helping to me is this http://www.cbrinfo.org/. God makes things happen for a reason. You up on here obviously trying to be cute, just happy that you have a man by tour side at this moment in time. Let me ask you this, are you psychic? Are you even married? Because to some people that may not qualify you as being ready. Are you able to see where you're relationship is headed in the furture. No, you're not. When you're sitting there and you don't have anyone by your side and it's just you and your baby, you should think about how it would feel if the tables were turned and there was someone pointing at you saying look at the girl, by herself trying to raise this baby, she obviously wasn't ready. You need to hold your tounge before you end up like one of the those people that you're SOO tired of. GOD told me I was ready when he placed my baby in my body. There's only one person that can judge people, and that's GOD himself, keep on trying to judge people and you'll see what happens. Congratulations and Good Luck.

Not really rude no. It's heartbreaking to think about the amount of girls getting pregnant at 14, 15, 16 and then either aborting, giving the baby up for adoption, or keeping the baby and not being able to give him/her the best possible life.

That is so not rude!!! I agree with you completely!! I was 15 when I started having sex, and by some grace of God, I never got pregnant until I was 20. I look back, now, and I see how utterly stupid I was. I wish I would have known then, what I know, now. And besides the whole parenting thing, I am sure these kids would just love to live the rest of their lives fighting AIDS or dealing with herpes.

I think I know the people you are referring to - not the ones who do use bc but oops happens anyway. You are talking about the people who want sex but refuse to protect themselves. I had a friend that was like that (she was 28 at the time), she didn't sleep around but she had a very quick boyfriend turnover rate and she refused to use bc. It had nothing to do with religion, just personal preference. She was always worried about pregnancy or whatever else she might get. I finally got tired of listening and told her to cry to me only after she decided to take some responsibilty for herself. I lost touch with her.

This time and day people use the most intimate action of sex as a game. Yes the younger crowd and those that aren't ready to have kids to need be more protection wise but things do happen and people do make mistakes.

I agree with the asprin method. It's the only fool-proof way. Even if you are on the pill you have to take it basically the same time every day or it's much less effective and condoms can break.

I am sure that this question is stemming from my "oops" question...I think that some people, like myself, practice the natural birth control. It has worked for us for 3 years. I don't tolorate hormonal BC so we chose this method and we had an accident. And my husband is being a dink.......

No i think the same way as you do. I don't see how hard it is for someone to go to the doctor, get a pap then get on birth control or atleast go into a bathroon at a gas station and buy a 75 cent condom.
