It's a cardboard box with handles and a lid. They come flat and you fold them into shape. Very handy!

As stated above, they are cardboard boxes designed to archive papers in. Usually sold flat with easy assembly instructions. Banker Box is, I believe, also a brand name of one of the manufacturers. Check with your local office supply source to get your options. They come in several sizes based on standard 'banking' or financial form sizes (letter, legal & check sizes for example).
