We manufacture epoxies where I work, I am a chemist. First, you do not want to speed up ceramic epoxy setting. Let that cure at a slow rate, it needs that time to shrink down and relieve internal stresses.
Heat speeds reactions involving expoxies. Warm parts in the near 100 Degree F. work very well on most epoxies.

Epoxies "set" as a result of a chemical reaction, which requires the full time to ensure a solid grip. Air will make little difference and attempting to speed the process in any way will make an inferior bond that will more readily break.

Hi, If your in a hurry, and/or don't have a large coverage area, may I suggest getting a 5 min. epoxy.
There are all kinds of epoxies available with different set-up times.
I've used many through out the years while building model airplanes, boats, etc.
Hope this helps, and good luck,
Dave

Neither. Cold air will retard drying time or prevent it from setting properly, but hot air will not speed drying time (generally) and you may prevent it from setting properly.
If anything, read the directions and adjust the temperature in the room to the ideal temp for "fastest drying time."

Any heat source, including lamps will speed up cure time. Just don't over do it.

Neither. It needs to cure and rushing it won't be helpful.
