I sleep 8 hours a night... Is this normal?

SOME PEOPLE SLEEP 10 HRS. OTHERS 5 - 6 HRS. A NITE ----1/3 OF YOUR LIFE IN BED HAS TRADITIONALLY BEEN THOUGHT OF AS NORMAL......WHATEVER YOU SLEEP ...ASK YOURSELF ' DO I FEEL REJUVENATED ENOUGH TO DO A GOOD DAYS ACTIVITY' IF SO YOU'RE PROBABLY WHERE YOU NEED TO BE..........ALSO A GOOD MATTRESS HELPS........

The recommended amount of sleep in one night is 8 hours. if you find it's not enough, and you are sensitive to the earth magnetic field try aligning your magnetic field (you) with the earth's. that means your head to the north. only about 10% of the population are especially sensitive to it, but it might help. It can make you feel more rested.

Most people have bad sleep hygene but depending on your age, 8 hours is perfect for most people.
