I want to be able to pay for a monthly subscription instead of per file (I.e. Itunes $0.99/song). There are a lot of websites that claim anywhere from $1.00 to $15.00 per month and they are legal mp3s. I can't understand how peer to peer can still be legal. A huge plus would be one without any protection on it I can use on multiple devices.

Ok, I think you guys might of missed something or I might have. Isn't limewire still Illegal? Peer to peer? I don't want that. Also I have rhapsody right now and I have used yahoo music. You have to pay a subscription fee to listen to music (stream), but aren't the downloads still price per file? I know rhapsody I can get on the go for free, but they still aren't mp3s and it's $15.00/month
