well i dont know but i would advise you to go to mumbai anyway. i've stayed there 4 years and its hot, humid and pretty much as polluted as delhi.

there is one near kt vision(theatre it name is rainbow lodge and the other one is vrindavan
i dont know whether they are open in the night
