I love it but everyone tells me ist staged, I beleive its choreographed to some extent, and very well, but I don't beleive its all fake, are the match outcomes really decided before they get in the ring? Can anyone help to expand my knowledge of this? Give me something to fight back with to all the doubters out there!

The winner of the match is always known before the match, they always know who is going to win. The wrestlers sometimes get together before the match to go over a few moves they are going to pull off, but thats about it really, they dont know when they are going to be pulling the moves off on each other, they just put the match together as they go along. They always know how the match is going to end too, and so does the referee. The refs have more to do with it than you think. The refs have an earpiece in and ometimes tell the wrestlers to end the match withing the next few minutes, maybe this would occur if they are running behind schedule on a pay per view. Also the referees after a big move has been pulled off always go down to the wrestlers you watch next time, and they are asking them if they are ok. If they are injured for real, the referee will cross his arms above his head, thus letting doctors and other staff know a real injury has occured (like Triple H when he tore his quads at New Years revolution) They are very highly skilled people, and perform some very dangerous moves, if they dont quite get it right, someone can very easilly be seriously injured. The ladder matches are very dangerous, look what happened to Joey Mercury at Armageddon, that was a horrific facial injury. Hardcore Holly had a huge gash on his back after going through a table with RVD. These guys are very tough, look at edge when he got slammed an about a thousand drawing pins at wrestlemania 22, sat up with them all stuck in his back, that was a great match!

Hope this helps you.

How Does Wwe Work

Yeah for sure Alex the matches are decided beforehand. There's a team of storyliners that work on all 3 brands dealing with who feuds with who & who fights who. They work around 6 weeks in advance to give the wrestlers time to hype it up & if it's a ppv time to get it promoted.
It's choreographed but the top pros like DX & Undertaker can work it so it looks real & can time it & make the outcome look real too.Still doesn,t stop me watching it tho!!

Well it is a game but alot of them know basic matial arts and im guessing you have to be pretty damn fit to do what they do.

I believe Kurt Angle was actually an olympic pro wrestler, I do Brazillian JuiJutsu and I can see simarlarities!

As for the punches and slaps, even if they were real any man fired up enough would take a good hit without worrying!

I think it is pretty much like a soap they lose a match or get an injury when they are due a holiday. Although some of the injurys are genuine tho 4 example stone cold steve Austin. I watched his documentary and it was real, I love it too but a lot of it is organised. Sorry

They are staged but the fighting is real because some moves cant be faked but some stuff is not planed.
sometime the wrestlers just don't listen to VKM.

heres what happens, the wrestlers are told whos gonna win and how. the rest is made up from there. hehe folks say in the tranin they learn how to use knives to cut eachother without leavin marks. somehow i doubt that rated rko did like murder rik flair, seeing as hes kind of their boss.

WWE is real. Only about 20% of it is fak but 80% its real. when they get moves done on them like a splex or the backdrop... they do feel the pain. SO OVERALL WWE IS MOSTLY REAL. I know this because triple h is ma uncle. And im not joking
