do you have to have implantion bleeding to be pregnant .

No you don't. Only about a 1/3 of woman that are pregnant get implantation bleeding. So if you haven't got it and still haven't had your period even though it was due, I would take a hpt.

I had implantation bleeding with my second pregnancy, but not my first...It is supposed to happen 7-10 days after conception (ovulation). It is not a significant amount of blood, so you might miss it even if you did have it. Just take a pregnancy test when your period is due (can use 5 days early tests if you think you are and are dying to find out---i know i was...but they aren't as accurate when you use them early).

Absolutely not...if you are late take a home pt it should be accurate if it is positive make an appointment with your Dr.
