He can tell you that all he wants to those urges don't go away. He is in denial or "on the downlow".

He's in the closet. However, its no big deal. Married people put themselves in an "A sexual" closet when they get married all the time.
Couples commit themselves to each other and put themselves in the closet from anyone else (man or woman).
Best Friends become more distant. Dating other people stops. Its all part of the same thing.
As for him turning his back to what he had done, that could be how he defines himself. He may think it more manly to not be attracted to other men. However, I've know some gay military guys that could snap me like a twig and I would never in my life say they are less manly. Your husband is just trying to be what he thinks he should be (like most of us). Example I think I'm honest so I try to be honest. However, I do lie every now and then, I still consider myself honest.

Depends on the individual and how the idea still holds its appeal as they mature.
If you, yourself are bi, why do you ask the question?
Yes, it is "possible" that the attraction goes away and also quite "possible" that it never does, but because of lack of "opportunity," people just don't pursue the attraction because it's more hassle than its worth.

You know, I have heard a lot about these kinds of things. I think in many cases what your husband is saying is true.
One of two things is happening here:
1. He's coming out of the closet = end of marriage
2. You have a husband who TRULY trusts you, making himself that venerable = very strong marriage.
I hope for your sake it's #2.

Only he knows Hon. As long as your relationship is working out, I wouldn't worry about it. I'm assuming that since you are BI, even if he was attracted to other guys again, you would be more accepting than most folks.

What I know is homosexuality is not a choice, ppl are born that way. And some people can have experiences and be hetero. And they will be hetero for the rest of their lives.
