If I had a gun I would shoot him in the head as it would be the only way to instantly kill him and therefore be the best bet for preventing the bomb from going off.
If I didn't have a gun, (which I don't) I would do the only thing a defenseless person in that type of situation could do - run for my life in the opposite direction.

You'll have to be awful close to that bomb to triple kick him you idiot. Shoot him! In your scenario and the options you give its the only one that would make sense. You never want an enemy close enough to put up a defense if you can take him down from a hundred yards away.
