Hi, I have been working at my job for over 7 months. The thing is, I have become really tired of it and practically learn anything. When is the best time to start seeking for another job?

Now ; Always look for a better job. If you can do better, do it. Just don't leave until you find a new job. Never , ever burn bridges. or you'll end up like me, answering questions on yahoo in between desperately checking my email for a job.

Why not start now - dont work to build someon elses future, build you own business. I recommend Forever Living Products - you can do as many or as few hours as you like and typically on 1-2 hours a day you will earn £1200 per month after 5 months and £30-£40k per year after 2-3 years - if you do more hours you should get more.

They are a $2 billion company growing at 25% per year and need a lot more people - no investment required also, regulated by Dti and Office of Fair trading and have investors in people award also.

Most of the companies hires all around the year. You should submit your resume to leading jobsite like www.monster.com, www.careerbuilder.com. Also you should consult local placement consultant in your area. In the meantime, look out for an option to work online. Although it wont pay you like full time job but you can make extra cash in your spare time. I am a part time worker doing work online at home, so I would like to share a link where you can make $600-$1500 in a month working at home. The work need to be done is posting/answering a discussion and uploading any photo/image of your interest. For details visit

I will publish few more genuine site in couple of weeks, where you can earn money. You may also write to me at talkofmoney@rediffmail.com (Note: When u are planning for a home based online work, be careful because most of them are scam and ask you to pay initial money. never pay money to any such site.)
