when commit offence for example, driving offence peron then need to wait for court date but sometimes i dont get they say Trial so whats diff wen i say im going to court or Trial so whats diff?

The outcome may not be altered by your attending the court date. If you wish to challenge the citation, you must attend the court date. However, you can likely deal with the fine through the mail. Some jurisdictions impose a small cost if you plan on challenging the citation.

Obviously, if the offense is something more serious than a traffic citation, you may be required to attend the court date.

Well when u get a charge u get a court date. First is initial apperance, then u plead guilt, not guilt, or no contest. If u plead not guilty u go to trial. If u win u get everything dropped. If u los u get the max penalty. People usually pleed guilty or no contest and tak a plea bargain where u meet the prosecutor inbetween the trial results. If u get what im sayin

A court date is simply when you go before the judge to get the final "punishment" or possibly get the charges dropped. It's usually just one visit.

A trial is in front of a jury and can last for weeks.
