i m a girl & my best friend is a boy.we were like siblings but now his attitude is changing. what should i do?

Changing for the worse or for the better? Do you think he has a crush or do you think he wants to start a new life and other girls feel threatned by you being around? I guess we need to know what you mean by his attitude is changing? Like a hidden drug problem or as stated above. A little more info would help.

Most people take a safe stand and start out as just friends, become good friends then best friends and then go steady, get engaged and then tie a knot.
Some in Indian culture and other culture tell every one that they are like brothers and sister or cousins but by then they may have become secretly kissing cousins so you see you need to re-phase the Q? if you do not like the advances he is making on you. You need to let him know and break up the relationship altogether. This is the only way he will take you seriously.
On the other had he is fighting your advances then.......

just do not change ur attitude.for example ,,if u used to hold or shake hands often ,do not stop it now and tell him tht is is ur best frnd.
