I'm a pretty well-rounded person, but I think my biggest limitation is that I'm over analytical. So this question is especially to those who are also big thinkers but have learned how to curb their analytical thought patterns and learned to become spontaneous: any suggestions on how to overcome it and "just do" things?

I too am very analytical. Sometimes it is a curse but other times it is my greatest asset. You cannot plan spontanity...you can only act on it. So if you are feeling very comfortable...say going to the same ole restaurant b/c you know you will get a good meal, try going to the thai place for a change of place. It may feel uncomfortable then but the more you do it the easier it will become.

I Read some positive thinking books.and applied the methods.and gave my self over to the spirit of God with total and complete Faith.which allows the spirit to guide me.It takes practice asking and listening to the spirit within. The Spirit is a real force that can be called on for help.but it is usually good to think before you speak. This changed my life so much for the better. It was amazing .Peace

Plan all your spontaneity very carefully before hand. Don't worry, not all people are meant to be spontaneous. Learn to love who you are.
