Second, as he worked for the Easter Seal's Program for the disabled. it is very likely he will not stand trial as he may be incompetent.

Why is it there are people like you in the world that just love to attack people without knowing what you are talking about! You just make assumptions so you can attack a group of people you despise because they don't agree with you most of the time!

I have to ask you where do you think that libs will even do that? I mean for what 18 years (I believe) Indiana had a Democratic Governor and I cannot remember one time that the Democratic Governor even commuted a murder conviction.....Where is your facts???
