when I did drink coffee and took the last, I would make more (unless it was late in the day)..
it's very annoying to go for coffee and the rude person prior to you took most of it, but left a tiny bit in the pot so that he/she 'left some coffee for someone else'

Dragon would make more, if she were the one who emptied the coffee pot. Same thing with toilet paper.

It depends on the time of day. If it's so late in the day that no one will be drinking anymore, I'll just wash the pot and continue on with my day.
