i would try True Crime series.

the Simpsons:Hit and Run is a lot like those games. The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion is free roaming and the world is huge but instead of guns, it's swords and bows. You could also try the True Crime series and you might like Saint's Row on the 360. Hope that helps!
