She may have an ear infection. Check for drainage, fever, and anything out of the norm. One thing about babies since they can't talk they use other ways to let us know when somethig is wrong. Don't wait to take her to doctor do this now. I had a friend who went through a similar thing now her baby has tubes in his ears. I'm not trying to scare you I just want you not to ignore the warning signs just incase. I hope that she's okay.

Call your doctor and schedule an appointment to have her ears checked. Pulling on the ear is most likely a sign of an ear infection. Babies do not always cry when they have an infection, but your daughter's crying is another sign that it is an infection.

As the others said contact your doctor.
It would be a very good idea to take her to the doctor asap.
As others have said it should be in ear infection or something might have bitten her ear and is causing her to grab at it.
Doctors as soon as you possibly can get it checked out

First, as a mom of two lil girls myself, welcome to motherhood, and what a doll! I would call the doctor and have them check her ears, just to make sure it isn't an ear infection. Does she have a fever? Check, because they will ask. Also, if she seems really uncomfortable, ask the nurse if you can give her Tylenol drops and how much to ease her pain until she can get seen. Good luck and God bless, I will keep her in my prayers!

yes, call the doc. She's young to be teething, so it could be an ear infection. Most likely she's fine. My daughter has been pulling on her ears since birth. Just a little habit she has for no reason. But it will help you feel better to call.

She may have an ear infection, keep watch if she does it just to one ear or both.
My nephew used to pull on his ears alot, but he didn't have an infection. His pediatrician said that he was just discovering that he has ears and that they felt different to him. It could be that in your baby's case, and she just might be hurting herself when she pulls on her ear.
But take her to the doc just in case she might have an infection, before it gets worse.
