I haven't had a chance to see to many of them yet but I really was impressed with The Departed although more for the amazing acting then the storyline. I thought Little Miss Sunshine was really clever and refreshing. I saw Flags of our Fathers a couple days ago and was surprisingly pleased. A lot of American war movies get on my nerves but this one really showed the realities or "war heroes" and life after the war.

Oh and on that note I think I was the most impressed with the movie Flight 93 (I think that was this year). I thought I was going to loose my mind watching it but I thought it was really well done and note to "Hollywoodized", just a simple dramatization of the events of 9/11 from that point of view.

But my favorate was actually The Queen. I don't know how accurate it is but I think it was very interesting and very well acted.

Personally, I loved Lady in the Water. Everything about this movie is fantastic. The story, the acting, the cinematography are beyond excellent. I think this is the more enjoyable movie I've seen in a theater and believe me I've seen a lot of movies in theaters. I just think that the movie is ageless and it's looking for people who still think there's hope out there. Either if you're a kid or an adult, this movie will move you.

My favorite movie of 2006 that I saw in a cinema was "Click". I thouhgt it was a hilarious film and was surprised in its life lesson in the story line. I think it was one of Adam Sandlers better films and I now have the DVD so I can watch it when I want.
