a business suggestion?

hi all, just need some suggestion, i'm hoping to get a pool table (not coin operated) to put in a small cafe building anyone have a suggestion when game session is over, that a new game can be paid for without me getting ripped off , as i have other work to cover? is there a game timer for these games? by the way how much does a pool game cost in the US?

a game of pool in a coin one is about 75cents..and no timer. Once the game is over.
