There really is no super easy way to solve a rubik's cube but if you're looking for a method that is relatively easy and fun to learn go to:

http://peter.stillhq.com/jasmine/rubikscubesolution.html

Then print out the PDF version and learn from there. Since the explanation is kinda long, you may think it will be hard but after about two weeks of solid practice you will be able to amaze your friends with a tme of 3 minutes or so. It's also fun to learn. And hey, it was my first lesson as well as some of the top speedcubers.

Happy solving!

P.S. the directions are pretty easy to follow too. They are organized into steps and put in simple language

You're going to have to try to build your memory first by playing lower level games, not to imply that anyone is lower level, just that the rubix cube is really tough and to get into the mental shape for that type of problem solving, you will increase your speed by practicing on easier things first. Think of your brain as a muscle (though it is not). Pushups increase your bench, ya know?
