That's offensive to sday a name is a black name (because I am african american , if you dont mind) and what ddoes it mean to have a black name? No name can be a white name, a asian name, a black name , or any other ethincy name.

Seriously?
I don't like any of them.
Please name your children something normal not from the Maury Povitch show.
Imagine going through your entire life with these names and what children will do at recess to your children.
Use names from your family history or traditional names.

Sabrina and Emily are really the only goods ones there but ditch those middle names. Sabrina Rhea sounds pretty close to Diarrhea which I guarantee the kids will call her. I think some of the posters are right about the effect that names have on perception. "Black" sounding names do seem to hold people back at least according to the dribble on some of these talk shows. I've also read from a few black commentators about that too and they seem to be against it too. No matter what you may want to think or believe - names make impressions. Picture a kid called "Poindexter" and what do you see - a brainy nerd? A girl named "Kelly" and you may see a cheerleader. A boy named "James" - the captain of the football team and maybe a lawyer later on. What do you picture when you see a boy named "Drexlarion" or a girl name "Shaquanda"? Be honest with yourself. Fairness isn't the issue. You can't control perceptions. The most important person to consider though above everyone else including you is Your Child! Kids want to fit in with their peers and what you may think is a cute and unique name may become a stumbling block for your child later on. Kids can be real mean to someone that is different and weird sounding names make great targets. It can hurt a lot when your 6 or 7 years old. I think that they best rule is to keep it simple. Simple names usually have more elegance as well as well as power. Think of people that you've heard of that you admire and see what pattern in the names that you see. I think that you'll understand. Regardless of whether its right or wrong, "white" sounding names make life easier on a kid. Some of the "black" sounding names are getting pretty ridiculous and sound more like bad jokes instead of trying to find something that celebrates who they are. Being a kid is tough enough why add to their burden. If you want to make your child a social experiment or a lightning rod for change then fine its your choice - unfortunately you're not the one that has to live with it.
When you test the name out imagine yourself sitting at your desk in the first grade when the teacher calls your name out. Would you want them to laugh or giggle? Keep it simple!

I like Kaira (is that KYra or KAYra). Anyway, I like it but not the middle names, especially not Alondri. A name ending followed by a name beginning with the same vowel is awkward. Kaira Renee would be pretty but still awkward (rara). Kaira Janay; Kaira Jo - not bad.

I vote for Kaira Alondria, DeAnda Emmaleigh, and Lianna Jo. They are all beautiful names! People are just saying they sound like black names because they are not very common and they sound like a name of someone that lives in the ghetto. I agree with you on how a name can not be asian, white, or black! You are totally right! Don't listen to those people who put you down, because they are just losers. You like those names, and you asked for people to give you an opinion on them, not to judge them harshly!
