I tried a few several months ago but ran in to the same problem many at that time did. The video would play for a minute or so then pause, and when it resumed it was without video. The other problem I had at times was the audio and video did not match up.

Yeah videora is popular also try searching for jodix free ipod video converter it is really easy to use.
And I am not advertasing any web on here but I found this site that convert videos for you from your hardrive and then you download them right back into your computer on any format you want them.

You should try Total Video Converter which is a good program. It could convert any formats you prefer to

Videora has some glitches - THIS THE BEST ONE I HAVE FOUND WITH THE MOST OPTIONS - it is an easy program to use also - http://ipodvideoconverter.tripod.com
