1) 100% of all the terrorists responsible for 9/11 were Sunni Muslims.
2) 100% of Al Qaeda terorists are Sunni.
3) Most, if not all, of the Iraqi insurgents & terrorists are Sunni.
4) Bin Laden is a Sunni
5) 90% of the world's radical Muslims are Sunni
6) Tens of 1000s of Sunnis were cheering in the streets after hearing about 9/11.
7) Why should any American feel any pity on any Sunni especially the ones blowing up US troops in Iraq?
8) Let the Iraqi Democratic Shiites take care of the Iraqi terrorists/insurgents Sunnis & the war on terror in Iraq, the civil war in Iraq & the overall war in Iraq will be over very quickly & w/o any US causalities .

I'm okay with your proposal, but since it's apparent these folks can't get along with anyone, why not just drive the Iraqis out, say to Iran, and annex Iraq?
Let them blow each other up for a while, then attack Iran, and repeat same until entire middle east region is under western rule.
I mean can anyone honestly tell me who or what nation in the
Persian-Arab world is ever going to be someone our nation can trust.......co-exist with.......Peacefully!?

It is a solid plan but it has been tried. It was called the Iran/Iraq war. And. One thing that I have realized is that when they are busy killing each other they are killing us less. Unfortunately when we leave them to kill each other we end up with Saddam and Qaddafi. Maybe we should ask Turkey to take a bunch of it back. Saudi Arabia seems to be cleaning their house. And. That's good because I was considering giving the reigns of that place over to the Kuwaiti's. Ethiopia has its hands full with Somalia and Sudan. So. Maybe we should just unleash the Israelis. And. See if India wouldn't like to try their hand at laying the smack down. I know that the Pun jabs are pretty tough.

You need to research your facts again I believe. Arabia is almost all Sunni Iran is almost all Shiite. Osama Bin Laden is Sunni, him and Al Qaeda represent a growing number of Sunnis who oppose Western Influence in their lands and desire a return to the stricter practices of Islam that Shiites are know for. Eventually they will all come to terms and together will oppose Western Civilization and have nuclear armaments to defend themselves with.

These are GENERAL not radical people.
So let's summarise:
Most Muslims are Sunni by a long way.
Most Muslim terrorists are Sunni.

Here is why.
Sunnis are smart people. They are more inclined to be moderate and educated. Sunnis are less radical.
Shiites are bloody, less moderate, and less educated since they consider the Koran as the basis for their education. They are very radical for the most part.
I have found it easier to work with the Sunnis and reason with the Sunnis than try to have intelligent discussions with the Shiites.
