I would treat her with the same respect I would any other person.
I'm not saying I wouldn't notice (lol) but many, many, people have some sort of personal or physical issues. Some are just more noticable than others.

Just keep walking. If she can keep everything else up she could at least have them fixed or pulled instead of living with them the way the are. No teeth would be better.
