Chicken Stew. It is made like Beef Stew, but you use Chicken instead. I make a big dutch oven full which lasts several meals.

Crab bisque, enchiladas, bread. Really just about anything except steaks. They're boring.

I LOVE baking sweet treats. Cakes, cookies, pies, cheesecake, you name it, I make it. The other day I baked a cake from scratch for my friend and I decorated it with frosting and toy cars because she got her driver's license. She loved the cake and I loved making it. I don't know why but I like being creative with food.
