Being a Christian, is the way for us to be close to our God, and religion also a one thing that we use to filter everything. And this filter is using for us to do the good thing, do the good thing to everybody, to God and also to ourselves. In the other thing, we found that we love the metal music. In Christian religion, music metal is really a bad thing for them. And also they say this music is so satanic, both in cover and lyrics, so as a Christian, we have to avoid this kind of music. And in my opinion this is really wrong. Why ?
God give us something that we use to feel everything, and that's what we called as a Heart. And also God created music through any musician in this world, and all of these musicians are using their heart to create the music, and also the metal music, right !!!! So if we do love metal music with our heart then i think there is nothing wrong with that.
And there is nothing wrong also when we find any Christian metal bands, i feel their music also awesome and so attractive, so many Christian metal bands right now, from rock bands until black metal bands.
Remember YOU ARE YOU, and please do and listen what you like, just follow your heart and enjoy it.

I don't see a problem with it, as long as the lyrics on the songs stay true to your beliefs...
Remember that salvation is personal and the relationship between you and God is also personal... it doesn't matter what type of music you listen to... there are other genres of music that are also being used by christians to reach the different types of people... Rap, reggaeton... you name it. It is actually great, because with different types of christian music, there is more opportunity to reach out to people that maybe wouldn't be reached by older people, or with different music tastes. They will feel that they can identify with you and yours and open doors to others.
As far as there being any room in metal for Christianity, if you are a musician you should know that when it comes to music, the sky is the limit... don't let others tell you how to praise God, as long as it is sincere praise and it is within the boundaries of what he left for us in his word, it is ok, I guess...

I think christian metal is perfectly alright as long as there are meaning ful lyrics and good melodies. On the other hand I dont think christian metal is ok when I see these chritians with masquera on their faces and paint, and wierd clothing. If a non-believer was to come to their concert or listen to their cd, I dont think they would see a difference between non christians and christians. Our music and actions have to be different than those of this world.
Romans 12:2
Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.........

The importance is what the message is relating. What are the words saying? How is it being delivered? If you are reaching a group of kids, that are coming to Christ thats awesome. Just be sure and careful that you are staying true to God and sending the truth.

I believe it is alright to listen to metal!!!!!!!!!
God created all kinds of music for all kinds of people!
Who does anyone think they are to shun us for liking metal!!!
Its not like you are denying your christianity to listen to metal music!!!!!!
I am happy that christian music reaches beyond some of thos boring uptight hymns!! Its about time to take God out of the box that we have built for Him and let Him rule in our life!!!! God does not judge us for liking the music He sent into the earth!!

Christians like me would tell you; "Music is something you hear and the words on that music are the ones you listen to".
