Taking care of those who love you, and attempting to balance that with making enough $ to put food on the table for them and a dry roof over their heads.
My wife and I had some good times when we hardly had two nickles to rub together.

The way modern human being has shaped the society, earning bucks is very much needed to take care of the home. So, the priority gets fixed, restricting the 'earning' to the extent of need to take care of home, striking a balance, chasing bucks.
But a few centuries ago, earning was not needed to take care of home. Even today, human being is the only species that can take care of home only with the help of bucks also !

Taking care of home automatically includes earning enough bucks. But it need not be the other way.

You are almost asking which is important in our two eyes. Because we cannot live a successful life without our home and at the same time we cannot take care without the earnings to the home.You may notice that, i meant that 'earnings to home'.
So without earning you cannot take care your belongings(family), without the family there is no point in earning much.

Taking care of home is far more important for sure. You can always make or lose money, but your family will always be your family. If you don't have family, or home then what good is money?

Honestly speaking, taking care of home is most important to me. My dad always told me "the art is not making money, but keeping it.That lack of money is no obstacle, but the lack of an idea is an obstacle(family). A wise man should have money in his head, but not in his heart. Rich people love bargains that's how they get rich!" These are words that I live by.....

after all we all working for money for our family. if you have no time for your family thet what you do with your money. tht the reason i am saying that spend time with family when as possible try to share happiness & problemes with them, thats make us happy. thats the reason taking care of home is importent in life. its vary easy to foreget all in life with bucks. but its very difficult to survive in todays world with taking care of home & family.
