it asks me to write characters, but it wont accept the character i write?

it says:Verification, to help us fight spam, please enter the character string as it is shown in the box below.i write the character string, and do continue, but it gives me: an unexpected problem has occurred(method humanverification dosn't exist)
i cant send emails!!! what should i do?

It isn't a problem with you, it is a problem on the site you are trying to get into. Something has damaged their program files. Use a phone to call the company and complain.
