Yes. There should be a tab at the top of the page that says transfer funds or send money, something like that.

yes you can. You need to log into your paypal account and then click on the 'withdraw' tab. It then gives you options to withdraw your ebay funds to a UK bank account. You will need to set your account up with the correct bank details. If you already have bank details on the system then it will automatically show that bank acc as an option to send the money too. Once you have clicked on the acc you want to send the money too, then just type the amount in the box and press the orange button. Print off your reciept page or save a copy of it. I always do just in case. I am always transfering money in and out of payppal due to ebay sales etc, I have never had a problem with it once. If you are still a bit stuck, just go to the help pages on the paypal web site, it will go through it step by step.
Goodluck!

First of all, PayPal is 100% safe and I've been a user since 2 years having multipe accounts running without any issue ever.
Easiest way to withdraw your funds is to use a US Bank account, although you can use your own (if its not US) country's bank account, but it would incurr additional charges.
Paypal also has a debit card option that allows you to withdraw funds from your paypal account, but again thats for US users only.
For detailed and most accurate info, visit the paypal help page:

Yes you can easily transfer cash to your account. However, if you're transfering less that £50.00. PayPal will make a small charge.
Go to your PayPay account, (One of the menu items on the left of your ebay screen) and you will be able to make your request.
Good luck.

Depending on your kind of registration, you can move a certain amount per month using the transfer function, otherwise you have to have a check written.
There is a tab on top of the login page called Request Money. Follow the directions on the screen.
