Pants because sometimes during the summer I don't even wear socks just sandals. During the winter time I get to cold first so I always put on my pants first.

I say it depends on how tight your pants are. If you can't bend over to put you socks on comfortably or if the leg of you pants is too tight to push down over the sock without squishing it, then socks first.

I put on my pants first then my socks, but when I get my son dressed I put on his socks first. Weird huh? lol
