That is not an antivirus prompt. It is an HTTP Error code. It means you may need a username and password to enter that site. It is not a file, it is a link.

Security settings prevent this. Never click on an attachment unless you absolutely trust the sender. Check with the sender to make sure they sent you a file and not a link. If it is a link, ask them to verify that this is not a volatile site. if you are unable to change your IE settings, you may find that this site will be unviewable to you.
