Search with a serach string that goes from general to specific.
Use the Boolean string method, that way you can exclude items you don't want, and even do a very narrow search using plus and minus ( + and - ) in the search string.
Works well , IMO

If you change the wording of the search, it'll pull up different results each time.

There's several ways you can do it, such as the people here answered. Also you can put your search in quotes which searches for the exact phrase of your search. You can add (and : or : not) in your search as well.
