Of course, of course, it is totally natural, it simply show that you still have a heart!
But sometimes our head cannot connect to the waves of emotion than go on deep inside us. We accumulate sadness and the tears build up into a pool or a lake within the depths of our hearts, then one day, the lake is full and it overflows - for no apparent reason.
But it may also be triggered by something "in the air" Winter time is usual for a collective sadness, we are all a little sad in the colder times with less sunshine to boost the happiness hormones. Sadness is an emotion that can be unseen but can be felt.
So its possible you have some built up sadness of your own and it is triggered by your sensitivity to collective moods.
Don't worry - have a real good sob - for now reason - then you will find you feel so good and healthy and happier.
And remember - robots cannot cry - so your tears show you are human.

Honey, this is a sign of depression. The best thing for you to do is to talk to your GP, they will probably put you on medication. Remember the medication doesn't take away the problem, it just helps you deal with the problem better.
Sit down and work out what you might be feeling unhappy about. i have been in your situation before, so if you would like to email me and just have a chat and share your thoughts, feel free to. I'm a good listener. Sometimes talking to a stranger is better than talking to people who know you!
I hope you feel better soon.

This honestly sounds like the onset of depression. Other signs you may be experiencing are:
lack of sleep, sleepless, restless sleeping patterns
lack of appetite
withdrawal from society
changes in personal hygiene
a sense of "i just dont care" anymore
any of these may well be signs of biological depression or otherwise, and I would politely and caringly encourage you to share the absolute honest feelings you are having with a doctor. If you go to one and dont get improvements, find another one.
Bottom line, something is bothering you, deep inside, that you may have covered up over the years or months since it happened, and its your job to uncover it and address it...carefully, slowly and with good emotional support.
I sincerely wish you the very best of luck with this and hope you will explore my suggestions.

I am in a similair period right now. If my friends don't react directly at my sms, or something stupids, I feel sad, lonely...?
but also for other no reasons. I always try to change my mood by playing sports or playing guitar or call a friend or going to do something else funny

I feel like this all the time and my life is excellent, heck I'm crying right now. I think it may be some spiritual residual elements I'm sensitive too. Who knows for sure though, maybe a doctor would help You a bit with this; didn't help me though; just gave me crappy drugs.

Crying is nothing to be ashamed of and its not an illness, do not go to a doctor. Oh, well go if there is pain assiciated with your crying, but you could go to a minister, if you have one. Perhaps. Mary washed the feet of Jesus with her tears after learning of his departure, so possibly there might be something you could do because of your tears for others.

Yes, occasionaly, but go with it...don't fight it...it is what your soul needs. If you hold it in, damage will be done either psychologically or physically, so put on some sad music "pink floyd" will do, and roll with it baby..."it is darkest just before the dawn"

I do too, it's called being a woman. We're so emotional and sometimes it just has to come out. You're not by yourself. My friends go through it too.
