I responded to a joke with "That's really funny I'll have to pass that one around" My violation was for "Chatting". If that's the case aren't we all "Chatting". When we respond to a joke or question?

I got one the other day. The question was one of those "How can for I get me be this new school" Gibberish questions that you see. My response was "I read your question four times and I have no idea what you are asking" and I assume the asker turned me in, citing the "Not a question or answer" reason. Funny, I could have turned them in because the question wasn't really a question.

I still do it anyways..sometimes because some people ask moronic questions or just because im in that weird mood.

I keep getting not a question or an answer. I answered one question with I couldn't care less. This is an answer. It wasn't a yes or no question. What a stupid thing!!!!!
