They got taken away because of my ex husband being on drugs. And I am doing everything they tell me to do. But it is stressful.

I wasnt the one on drugs. I didnt even know until the end he was on them. And they know im not on them.

ok. I am not with him anymore. I am with someone who isnt on drugs at all. I am a good mother. Just because I didnt know what was going on because me and him drifted apart doesnt mean Im a bad person. He didnt even get busted in the house. And they didnt find anything in the house. I do have a lawyer.

Want 'em back? Then tow the mark. You place your kids in a situation like you did and what can you expect? That it would never happen to you?
If you think you're a decent mother try acting like one. Stressful? Hell...you haven't seen anything yet.

Apparently you were with this ex-husband that was on drugs at the time the kids got taken away. You knew he was on drugs when the state stepped in and took them kids. The state felt like if you were a good mother you would not have had the kids around this guy and I agree. You pay for the choices you make in life. Your paying for your choice by losing your kids to the state. I feel no sorrow for you about this and I bet the kids are in way better care.

By allowing your children to live in a drug-filled home, you became a co-conspirator. You almost certainly didn't intend to, but it happened.
You need a lawyer. This is going to be tough. It might honestly be best for you to lose your kids, depending on what life with you alone might he like.
