A friend of mine told me last night that I'm too negative particularly about myself. I have to say it is true. I would like to be somewhere in between in which I am about general things but maybe I need to work on my own self concept.

Too bad they don't make extreme makeovers for the inner self.

I am a realist. I don't care if the glass is half full or half empty. All I know is I am about to run out of something to drink. It is good to consider the things that might go wrong. This puts you in a position to handle them should they occur. This does not make you a pessimist, it makes you better prepared. Those who do not consider the negative will be damned to suffer those mistakes over and over. Always look for the positive, but don't be afraid to consider the negative.

I'm definately a pessimist. I always think about the worst that can happen in every situation before I actually go ahead and do something. I wish I could be more optimistic but I just can't help it.

No one, has ever gone through life, without feeling negative about themselves at one time or another babe!! Pessimists are a downer, Optimists,{if constantly chipper} are too perky and get on my nerves. I'm a Realist! Sometimes life sucks, sometimes it doesn't. Simple huh?

when situation is not in your control i become a audiece, look at things in a realistic manner and try not to be a pessmist.

but in some situations you can"t do anything some situations really make you feel pessimist.

My boyfriend thinks I'm a pessimist, but I think I'm just realistic. I'm not one of those "sunshine & roses" people who think that good things will just naturally happen. I believe in hard work, and making your own destiny.
