i have had ringworm. It looks like little round circles that grow proggressively bigger and it is a simple rash. Yes babies can get it from cats....but it is also easy to fix too. The cream is a waste of time in my opinion but mabye the best option for a baby./ Those dots y our baby had could have been because of the cold...that will cause dots..or somethign else..ringworm looks very distinct. hard to miss. But because it is a fungus it can grow easily in dark spots...(most comonly on the inner thighs).

Fast Ringworm Cure?

Any age person can get ringworm, but ringworm does not look like little dots. It is a circular rash that is scaly, and if untreated, grows larger. When it gets big, the outer part of the rash is brighter red, appearing to look like a "ring". Perhaps the baby has a food allergy.

Dots are not the same thing as ringworm. Especially on the belly and legs. Needs to be looked at. He doesnt have fever does he?

Ringworm is a fungus, anyone at any age can get it if exposed to it.

There is no age limit on getting ringworm. If the baby was exposed to it he might have it. I would take him to the doc just to be sure. And if your Aunt has it she needs to get medicine for it too.

anyone can get ringworm. it's a fungus, so you really can't get it from a cat. you need skin to skin contact or it needs to be growing on something that the baby may have touched. since it's on the stomach, perhaps the baby got it from clothing that was bought in a reuse it shop or a garage sale.
