do not get freaked out by what Dave says but when i read your question i thought...they are the same as my symptoms...more likely to be some kind of gland problem but i would visit a doc for sure...i did and he ended up putting me on the correct meds to sort a really bad chest infection out...but i was not coughing..that was the odd bit...anything on the left hand side..GO SEE A DOC..good luck...x

Sounds like you have some infection either in your glands or throat. Might be worth getting it check out by you doc as you may need antibiotics to clear it out.

Watch out for repetive strain injuries, if you are in fornt of a computer screen for long periods, raise it up it, may be too low. this will cause neck and shoulder pain.

IT IS POSSIBLE THERE IS A BLOOD FLOW RESTRICTION ON THE LEFT SIDE....USUALLY MEANING A HEART PROBLEM ....WHEN THE HEART IS ENVOLVED IT USUALLY EJECTS A REFERED PAIN TO OTHER ORGANS ....AS ANGINA PROGRESSES THE NECK ACHES & IN ADVANCED STAGES PAIN SETTLES IN THE JAWS ....THE PAIN ALSO EXTENDS TO THE LEFT ARM.....YOU WON'T KNOW FOR SURE UNLESS YOU GO TO A CARDIC DOCTOR AND HAVE A SUPINE POSITION --CARDIC GRAPH DONE----THE HEART IS ELUSIVE DEFERING PAIN TO OTHER PARTS OF THE BODY.............IS YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE NORMAL ??? HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE DOES NOT ALLOW THE HEART TO REST PROPERLY BETWEEN BEATS...........THEREFORE ANGINA PECTORIS---THE NIPPLE SPARKS OCCASSIONALLY WITH PAIN............
