The idea of rewarding people for charitable acts is ridiculous in my opinion.

Based on those facts alone, no.

There are far too many children in forester care right now who are living with unloving, uncaring parents who abuse them and only take them in because they can collect checks.

People like that should not be given a million dollars.

HOWEVER. If the money went to the child. In that the money could only be used to help the child with school, medical, whatever the child needs I'd have no problem with that.

No, a person should not be rewarded for getting sterilized. We have too low a birth rate in our country as it is.

While it is indeed unethical for anyone to prod an individual for sterilization albeit given an incentive, it would be undemocratic if anybody hinders that individual's choice.

But if you ask me, why would I exchange my manhood for a million dollar?

No. It is unethical and unconstitutional to provide an incentive for giving up your right to have children.

I think anyone arrested for felonies, regardless of their age should be sterialized. I also think that women that have multiple babies from several fathers and draw foodstamps should have to get fixed or lose all benefits. kids born to families that have several generations of poverty should get fixed asap before they can breed more poor people.
