The Green Goblin (Norman Osborn) would win because, in my opinion , Harry wouldn't have the nerve to finish off his own father. Norman on the other hand.....well crazy, filled with hate people are generally a lot better at killing family then others......

Are we referring to the movie Green Goblins or the comic book? Comic book Norman would wipe the floor with sonny boy because Comic book Harry had no superhuman strength. Come to think of it, Movie Harry is a wuss too so I suppose Norman would win both fights.

Harry, just for the fact that he's a bit younger and much faster. His Norman is more experienced, but it won't help him in a tight spot.
