The bladder, uterus, and rectum are supported by group of muscles called the pelvic floor muscles. Sometimes with aging (tends to be hereditary) or after childbirth these muscles become stretched out or relaxed. Several conditions called vaginal prolapse, uterine prolapse, or bladder prolapse can occur. When you push with your your upper pelvic muscles, you are putting more pressure on the weakened pelvic floor muscles, and the prolapse can become more pronounced. This is a common problem. It can sometimes be treatet with exercises that strengthen the pelvic floor muscles (like kegals), sometimes a type of device is inserted to hold the uterus in position (called a pessary), or in severe cases surgical repair and hysterectomy (especially with elderly).

The answer Lasmal gave hit the nail on the head.
Head to your GNO. And no it can not fall out all the way.
It really does sound like your bladder has fallen.
I have had 3 friends state the exact same thing you described and all had to have the bladder raised and sewn to a mesh that is hooked to your back muscle. All healed great and have no discomfort and well it looks normal gain.

No it's not normal. You have to go to the doctor. Possibly your bladder has slipped off it's "shelf" and is pushing out. You vagina is not falling out.

It seems your pelvic floor is weak and you have prolapse of uterus( I assume from your statement ) .Better consult the doctor for examination and treatment But you have not mentioned your age since it usually occurs in old people.

Try not to use those muscles, but it sounds more like a problems with your uterus. Best to speak with a doctor about your concerns, good luck.
