How to de-wrinkle a wool sweater?

I have a black v-neck wool sweater from Benetton which I want to wear in an interview tomorrow but it's wrinkle?

Can I iron at low-heat? (will I burn it?).

If not, what can I do to get rid of the wrinkles?

Wash it and let it dry flat.

Ironing at low heat doesn't work well...

don't wash very often
