I need advice. I am fighting for my kids and it is going to trial next month I have done everything they have told me to.

Once you get your kids taken by the state it is a big ordeal to get them back. I say you should have not gotten them taken away in the first place.

Try not to worry to much, the trial is a month away, as long as you did everything they asked, and then some you might be O.K.!! It's tough to fight the state!! I hope it all works out for you and your children!!

i know exactly how u feel, but without details its hard to give advice. i almost lost my son, and it looked so hopeless, but i fought so long and so hard, and now hes home where he belongs. all i can say is please dont give up hope and dont quit. if u truly love ur kids then its time to pull out the mama bear routine and fight till death to get ur kids back. everyone has their chance they just have to take it. i will pray really hard for u and if u ever need someone to talk to thats been through it b4 u can talk to me at shadowpaws2003@yahoo.ca

Do you mean against Child Protective Services or against an ex-husband?

how did they get taken in the 1st place? I hate the state ive seen them give kids back to the worst ppl. however they harass good ppl. I dont get ii, good luck!

Honey, it takes an awful lot for the state to take your kids.
If you get them back, remember somebody is watching. YOu better not f--- up again.
