I mean this grosses me out i went to get my make up off of the sink counter and it was covered in urine snd the sink was staned like urin GROSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Help

Yes, that's foul and a health risk. Tell him to cut it out, or kick him out. Is there something wrong with your toilet that he can't be bothered to use it? I would consider finding a new boyfriend/roommate.
