Each person has there own tragedy in there own lives and to another person it may not seem like such a big deal! so i think my biggest tragedy would be getting a satisfactory job instead of one that i have the slight enjoyment to get up to in the morning.

i also think that collectively as in the worlds biggest tragedy would be only settling for existing rather than living life to the full!!!

The fact that Politicians avoid any reference to questions asked of them and the Media deal in speculation helps nobody.
If news readers/Journalists were prohibited from guessing or offering their personal opinions; maybe we would be allowed to make up our own minds on issues. The fact that in general the population seek to glean advice from the media without having their own opinions in the first place does not bode well for the future.
PS: This is my opinion.

The Tsunami on Boxing Day 2005 ( december 26th )
Was the largest catastophic event recorded in History ( aside of the 2 world wars )

What makes this event tragic is that it was unpredictable. And more tragic than any earthquake within living memory.

The Tsunami, was very tragic, it left some of the poorest people without their loved ones and lively hood, decimated their tourist industries and had the richest countries in the world forget about them, so very sad.
