Yes, Only if you have a MODDED PS2... This take a MOD CHIP. We currently have a modded xbox 360, and xbox. We can copy any game we rent. We can also play emulators on it. Which means you can play any game off ANY gaming system on your xbox. (for ex. we can play Super Nintendo, nintendo, genisis and so on.) We currently have 11,000 games on our original xbox. legally, no. but... hypothetically yes. if it is not copy protected it can be burnt, if it is protected there is software out there that will copy ANY dvd regardless of whether it is copy protected or not.
I have a friend that does this.
as a programmer I cannot endorse or rec commend it however.
check Cnet.com, ZDnet.com, or twocows.com for freeware shareware, or trial versions of this type of software.

yes you can copy them but to play the copies will usually require the installation of a mod chip (modification chip). some clip over the rom in the game system. some require soldering on the chip.

Even if it were possible, that would be considered stealing. Besides, I don't think video games are copy-able.
