Yeah, lawyers, too! I've often thought of that. "Give me call when you get it right, then you can work on MY case!"

This is not really unnerving, as it refers to an ongoing sort of thing. Doctors and lawyers practice because they are supposedly getting better all the time, like musicians.

well i know a lot of doctors that i have seen (& Ihave seen a lot) don't seem to know what they are doing and they sure don't listen to anything you say if they did they might get an idea of whats going on maybe that is why they call it a pratice they are trying to learn how to listen.
