Get a real life friend in the game to give you money

Join a guild and maybe get some of them to help you do instances that you wouldnt be able to do by yourself and you lvl pretty quick

Or you do what others have done get a lvl 60 char, then when you get a new one you have farmed money on your lvl 60 to help your lower level char
