Hey guys / girls, ladies, gentlemen. i need help with finding proxy servers, preferably ones not catigorized in PROXY AVOIDANCE, and not blocked by websense the last time that you have tried to access it, this would be much help for me thankyou very much if your able to help

If something is being blocked it is for a good reason. Either for your protection or productivity. I would suggest remote connection to a VPN or using something similar to Torpark.

Yes, it does sound like you're trying to do something unauthorized. Chances are, your sys admin will block you from doing any installs. You may want to also try "sweet-talking" him/her into providing you w/the local admin userID/password.
